Serpells Rd has long been a popular Templestowe address namely for its proximity to The Pines shopping centre and schools as well as buses along Reynolds, Williams and Blackburn Rds. It is also the gateway to some of Templestowe's finest addresses.

An Excellent Street in a Wonderful Suburb

Serpells Road offers easy walking distance from the Templestowe Village, including Post Office, Restaurants and Cafe's, IGA Supermarket. There are many walking tracks, great neighbours, a village atmosphere and only 15 kilometers from the CBD.

Serpells Road is famous for it's large acre blocks with multi-million dollar homes. Having lived in the area for a long time it really is the place to be with land now exceeding $1 million per block.
