Peace and tranquility in the burbs

Sarah Crescent is a quiet residential street with acre blocks. The houses are of a consistent standard and when there is a sale in the street, the value more than keeps up with inflation. It is a safe area with no crime, and has a neighbourhood watch system... Full review

Luxury Living at it's best!

I've been living in Sarah Cres for about 15 years now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. While the public transport and roads are pretty ordinary, the peacful lifestyle along with massive acre blocks make for one hell of a nice place to live.

I've lived in Sarah Crescent in Templestowe for about 15 years, and I would higly recommend this street to live in, especailly for growing famililies. Lots of space, and closeness to parks and walking tracks is a huge benefit.
