Right off Main street, it is under a 5 min walk to the hub of Mornington. A street that is transforming into the modern due to high quality development, it is close to transport (bus stop at the end of the street) yet away from the general noise.

Dorothy crescent is in the bentons square area of Mornington. It is ideal for us as we are a family. We are close to shops, public transport and excellent schooling. The street is quiet and very well maintained with all residents keeping gardens very well.

Many properties have expansive bay and harbour views.
Road is unmade which encourages privacy but is a pain for locals , most of whom drive really nice cars
