One word, fantastic! Firstly, the street is in the Mckinnon Secondary Zone, one of the best public schools in Melbourne. At one end of the street, you are right in the heart of the Mckinnon village shopping strip. Great cafes, and a fantastic bakery. At the other end of the street you have all that North Rd in Ormond has to offer. A great selection of restaurants to choose from. Alnut Park is just around the corner, and the train station is not far away. Not to mention that it is just a 5 minute drive to Brighton Beach. We have very friendly neighbours, all with kids, that meet once a week for a chat. I would not live anywhere else.
