Things you look for in a city when moving home

Hi everyone!

I was doing some thinking last night about some of the factors you might take into account when moving home. One might think price, but I think that really is only secondary. What are the top factors that you take into account when moving home?

The things I look for most are:

1. Closeness to Friends and Family
2. Access to Major Freeways
3. Land size

Access to your work, cost of purchase price of home or rent equivalent, access to preferred social activities. Everyone is different so everyone has different needs and preferences!
