We moved to Narre Warren Three years ago. Our court is nice the neighbours also. The only negative we found the rubbish lying around the main roads. (Kurrajong Rd, Ryelands Dr) The Nature strip on the middle of the Narre Warren Nth Rd is so neglected (burned out bushes, weeds. and rubbish everywhere.)I think we are paying enough taxes to the government and rate to the council to fix this problem.I recently a travelled a lot overseas but I only seen similar in third world countries.

I checked out Kurrajong Rd and Ryelands Dr on the new StreetView on Streetadvisor (links are below) and I can't seem to see any rubbish that you speak off. It is incredibly ironic that all the bins are out on the street when google took the pics as it was obviously bin night. I did notice the burnt out weeds and things on the nature strip in the middle of Narre Warren Nth Rd. I'm out Templestowe way, and I know for sure that we would never have that kind of avergae plant life. The council seems to take good care of out greenery. Perhaps a letter to the local council?
