Haven't been their myself, how's the new Coles, what shops are there?

I haven't been in yet but I've driven around. There are clothes shops etc. and a few fresh food shops with the Coles.

I'm looking forward more to the cinemas opening across from Coles in 2009...

There are about 20 shops open at the moment. Nothing really outstanding, coffee/cake shop, bakery, florist, fish & chip, takeaway food, chemist - usual stuff really. I don't know if the Westpac bank is open yet but will be soon i'm sure. I'm looking forward to the opening of the Brand Junction in 2008 (hopefully), as well as the entertainment complex opening in 2009.
There is also a 120 place child care opening up next year as well.
The development further down of the water area will be nice to walk pets and ride bicycles around so that will be good.
The 41 apartments sold out in 3 days.
