Do you reckon the University Hill shops are going to have an affect on the Greensborough Plaza shops? G'bo Plaza is bigger but older (and sometimes a right royal pain in the arse to find parking)...

I wouldn't think so the northern corridor is experience a huge population growth, you just have to travel along Plenty rd between bundoora and stretching all the way to Whittlesea to seef whats going on on in the area, University hill would be better positioned to cater to these people. I believe the various shopping precincts will ultimately be complimantary to one another.

Don't forget that they are going to spend 400$ mil to improve the Greensborough Shopping Complex
