Why is this street perfect for a family? And sure a "perfect" nightlife would be detrimental to a family environment?

diferrent people have diferent opinion. I think it's perfect for a family from my experice living there for nearly 10 years. It's really 100% perfect. I like it very much.

well, It takes time to do. simply put, in terms of all criteria, I think that I couldn't find any other one better than it.

I have really bad mobile recpetion at my house which is near yours. What is the mobile phone reception like?

well, I have had no complain abt it so far.
BTW, TV signal is very good as well compared with one in Kew, where I lived there before.
