We have been in the area for approx 15 years and have seen the area develop. This street in particular has lots of families in it with varying age children. There isnt a huge turnover of families in the street so most of us know each other. We tend to look out for each other.
There are lots of little parks around and bike/walking paths and council is in the process of linking nearby suburbs up with walking/bike tracks.There is not alot of traffic during the day as most people work and the rail station is about 10 min walk up the road. Local schools are within walking distance. The town service and Frankston bus stop at the end of the street so even without a car is a very handy location.
