Monomeath is home to some of Melbourne's most expensive homes. Driving down the street you will notice many styles of mansions on typical half acre blocks. The street is also famous for being the home of Kylie Minogues parents and you often see reporters outside.

Only problem I have with the street is the volume of traffic, which is due to people looking at the mansions, or others using it as a cut through between Mont Albert Road and Canterbury Road.

House prices have boomed from around $2-3 million 5 years ago to over $5 million for average 50 square homes.
