Spencer Road is an awesome street - there's a cafe down one end (right near Riversdale Road), the big park and tennis courts, two train stations within a 5 minute walk, trams at the end of the street, milkbar in the middle of the street, nice neighbours, nice houses - it's a perfect street!!

The train line runs behind the street - I live on the other side of the street though - you do hear trains passing by, but it's never been an issue for me or anyone I live with. Perhaps, if you lived on the other side of the street, it may be too loud, but I'm not sure.

Also, people do use the street as a bit of a through road, so there can be a little traffic sometimes. That's being pretty critical though - it's really not an issue.

I couldn't recommend this street highly enough - it really is a great place to live.
