Great parks and access to the city via the nicholson st or lygon st trams.
The northern end of Harrison St near the Brunswick velodrome has a high percentage of rental properties.
A good area in terms of visual amenity however the high voltage powerlines may put some people off living here

Mostly people keep to themselves however there is an emerging postivie street vibe and some initiatives we are considering inlcude a community garden, I'd like to get to know a few more people in my street!
