Not too bad for the inner suburbs

Harrison street has both good and bad points that make living here not too bad -- but not the best place in the country.

Harrison St is great for outdoor activities

Great parks and access to the city via the nicholson st or lygon st trams.
The northern end of Harrison St near the Brunswick velodrome has a high percentage of rental properties.
