Are there a lot of parties/bbqs/neighbour noise in Summer Street, McLaren Flat?

I live in the Orchard estate and it is very quiet at night and during the day, especially Sunday mornings. Of course there is the odd bbq or party, but it's certainly not a regular occurrence. Overall it is a very peaceful place to live.

My parents live directly behind this street and we go there a lot. They have been there 3 years now and it is so quiet there.
