Toxteth Road, indeed, the whole Toxteth Estate, is a wonderful place to live and to raise a family. The huge waterfront park is wonderful of toddlers and teenagers and is a haven of joggers and rowers in the morning. Within the park is Hilda Booler kindagarten which is one of the main hubs of the local community.

Toxteth Road is a beautiful street of Italianate Cottages. The road leads no-where so through traffic is minimal and neighbours stop to talk as they pass. We still have a Christmas street party which has been a wonderful way to get to know all the neighbours.

Close to Glebe Point Road, Braodway shopping centre and buses to everywhere. It is also close to the CBD and I walk in every day in about 30 minutes.
