Templestowe CityGuide

Templestowe is a fantastic suburb to live if you are looking for peace and tranquility.  It is home to some of the biggest mansions in Melbourne, and can be best described as a very welcoming place to live.

Generally considered a quiet neighborhood Templestowe offers very good family living as well.  Alot of people living in the area have large families, and can be seen at the many parks located in the area.  Ruffey Lake Park and Westerfold Parks are perfect for weekend strolls, and are often very crowded in the summer and spring months with families having BBQ's and bike riding.

Templestowe is easily accessed from the city coming off the eastern freeway at Doncaster Road, and has little no traffic issues.  One thing which may bother certain types is the lack of footpaths througout a large number of streets, however for most it is not a problem.

Streets of Interest include:

Sarah Crescent - Wealthy and Large homes litter this private street, good for a Sunday afternoon stickybeak!

Andersons Street - A great street with lots of cafe's and restaurants.
