Canterbury is one of Melbourne's most beautiful suburbs ranking amongst the most expensive in all of the state. (Just behind Toorak.) It is located about 10kms from the Melbourne CBD and besides a fantastic location, is renowned for its tree lined streets of which Mont Albert Road would be the most famous.

Canterbury is a small suburb lying within the bounds of Mont Albert Road, Burke Road, Chatham and Highfield Roads in the east and Riversdale Road.

Homes range in price from $1 million to over $10 million with Monomeath Avenue being the most exclusive.

Many of the state’s best private schools are within 5 minutes including Camberwell Grammer, Camberwell Girls as well as Xavier College, MLC and Carey. This proximity to schools makes it a highly sort after area.

Canterbury is a very small suburb comprising no more than a few square kilometres.
